Shipping policy

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.  

Availability of products is not guaranteed.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.  

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately two to three weeks from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Shop A.Au is not responsible for payment of this duty.  

You may choose either FedEx or USPS for international orders; we strongly recommend FedEx for faster, more reliable service.
