Refund policy

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Shop A.Au is not responsible for exchange shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final, no refunds, buyers can opt to exchange garments or accept store credit.

EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping by using one of the following third-party couriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL. All local messenger services accepted.

Your exchange will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your new order to be processed. We hold the right to deny requests for store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
